Music has always played an important role in my life, and I've always been fascinated with capturing the movement it creates when its sound waves interact with different substances and surfaces. For this conceptual piece I was looking at the effect of music on water specifically.

While looking at the organic waves that repeat themselves as the sound waves hit the waters surface, I worked to emulate this effect using basic geometric shapes.

Water Wall consists of 25 hand-cut 5-inch by 5-inch foam board cubes.
